Immediate implantation with open membrane technique
Surgical approach 1. NR Line has been installed on #11 ext. socket, which is optimized on ant. esthetic area. 2. Gap between socket wall and implant surface was filled with OSTEON™ lll which is alloplastic grafting materials with a good wettability. 3. Collagen Membrane has covered implantation site. there are no releasing incision due to open membrane technique.
